Specific Terms and Conditions:

The Promoter of this Promotion is ELECTRAWORKS EUROPE LIMITED, a company registered in Malta under company number with its registered office at Entain Level 6, ST Business Centre, 120, The Strand, Gzira, GZR 1027, Malta.

1. Promotion period:

   The Promotion will run from 06/01/2025 to 12/01/2025, daily from 00:00 to 23:59 CET.

2. Eligibility:

   Players must:

   • Be over 18 years of age;
   • Have a verified and confirmed gaming account with ELECTRAWORKS EUROPE LIMITED;
   • Be registered and verified users of the Aircash app;
   • Be able to see the promotion in their account area during the promotion period.

   Not eligible to participate:

   • Minors;
   • Employees, partners or persons in a dependent relationship with the Promoter or Aircash.
3. How it works:
   • Players are automatically entered into the Daily Draw when they make a deposit with Aircash (via the Aircash app) into their ELECTRAWORKS EUROPE LIMITED gaming account.
   • Only the first deposit per day counts towards entry into the prize draw.
   • A player can re-enter each day of the promotion by making a minimum deposit.
   • Winner notification: Winners will be notified of the prize won via the Aircash app.
4. Prizes:
   • 30 random winners will be drawn each day, each winning EUR 30.
   • The draw will be conducted internally by the Organiser or via an external platform if necessary.
   • Prize transfer: The prizes received by the winners will be transferred by ELECTRAWORKS EUROPE LIMITED within 7 working days of the end of the promotion.
   Prizes may be subject to verification at the organiser's request.
5. Changes and interruptions:
   • The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time.
   • Changes will not affect players already participating unless they are to prevent fraud or to comply with legal requirements.
   • Participants will be informed of any changes or cancellations in good time.
6. Legal disputes:
   • Disputes between the organiser and the participants will be settled amicably.
   • If no agreement can be reached, the matter will be brought before the competent courts./li>
   • Maltese law shall apply.
7. General:
   • The decisions of the Organiser are final.
   • Participants whose accounts are blocked due to breaches of legal or regulatory requirements or who have self-excluded will forfeit the right to participate and any prizes.
   • The Promoter reserves the right to take action in the event of fraud, abuse or behaviour that could damage the reputation of the Promoter, the Partners or the Promotion.
